  • Are You Absolutely Sure You Are Getting The Best Natural Skincare?

    It is easy sometimes to be fooled that you are getting the best natural skincare because you are convinced by what you see on the label. That label does not always tell the whole truth.

    But I want the whole truth and nothing but the truth! Let me give you an example. Did you know that there are hundreds of chemicals still used in so called best natural skincare products which are really harming our health?

    The parabens and the mineral oils are now highly suspect characters yet they still appear with sickening regularity in so called scientific system skincare. There is nothing scientific about them because they are working against the skin, rather than with it.  That is what makes the difference and your skin will be the first to tell you that something is wrong. You may complain of redness or irritation or even worse, you may be subject to more serious conditions such as allergies and endocrine glands disturbances.

    One example is cocamide DEA: This is derived from the coconut oil so it all sounds natural enough. Unfortunately when the DEA and TEA and elements are mixed in, they become dangerous and are now on the black list of suspect synthetic chemicals.  Natural coconut oil is only part of the story and obviously a very minor player in all this.

    Which brings me to the next point. This concerns the actual quantities of natural ingredients and where they are on the list on the label. You may well find that aloe vera  which is a totally natural element and very beneficial for skincare, is actually way down the list. That means that it is there in very small quantities, say about 1%. That is a very small amount and we need natural ingredients in active quantities.

    If you really want to be absolutely sure that you are getting the best natural skincare, you really have to look carefully at the label. All the natural ingredients should be there at the top of the list. In addition, you should exclude the parabens, mineral oils, DEA and TEA elements which should not be there at all.  This is the only way you can be absolutely sure that you know what you are getting and the results will speak for themselves.
